The Dennehy family have a long established name in the automotive industry, having been in operation for over 75 years. In 2011 Dennehy Motors Group became the proud holders of the Renault and Dacia brands for Limerick and were granted Regional Dealer responsibility for the South West of Ireland. It currently manages Kerry, Clare, North Cork and Limerick. Late 2012 it was awarded the Pro+ franchise for Limerick in recognition of the dealerships ability and expertise in dealing with business customers.

It has a fine collection of car brands as they're the agents for Renault, Dacia, Fiat and Opel. The staff are very good at their job, very polite and always offering to help. Good place to buy a car in my opinion

What was excellent was the fast response time once I left the car in. Got a video of the inspection which was pretty cool so I was pleased everything was looked and and could visually see instead of taking someones word for it.To Improve you could have a key box for when the car has to be dropped off. Working the same hours as the dealers opening hours made it difficult for drop off and pick up. Cant afford to take time off of work for these things.

I have had my car service there for the number of years now . As l had a really bad experience with another car garage . My experience with Dennehys from start to finish when l get my car service from when l enter the reception the attentiveness of staff and they always check in with me if extras have to be do to the car . Everybody is so nice and the customer service is 100% and l always feel what l pay for l have got done. l can always feel the different in my car after a service which make me happy . 😊

Mike was so knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with from a personal video of the car to the day I collected the car, my experience was first class!! Recently bought this beautiful Arkana from Dennehy Motors, and I have to say in my over 30 years of owning cars in Ireland and the US, this was by far the best purchasing experience i've had. I dealt with Mike Duggan, a pure gent! I was in NY at the time, and Mike personalised videos of the cars that I was interested in and emailed them to me. He arranged everything for me, bar the insurance. I stepped off the plane in Shannon and took a taxi down to Dennehy's and I was on the road home within 15 mins. Can highly recommend Mike and team at Dennehy;s.

Firstly made contact with Pat Reeves and right from get go ! No messing very informative gent with can do attitude, made our buying experience stress free . And big shout out to Gary our finance guy who is Uber friendly and again has this no nonsense we will take care of you attitude which is rare these days ! We applied for our finance and got call next from Gary saying all sorted ! We then went down and collected our vehicle from very professional business / office set up . We will be changing in one year and we will be returning customers definitely 💯. Oh and lady on reception upon our arrival greeted us right away offering refreshments so another plus on the excellent customer service mantra this Co has . My wife and I have now purchased 3 vehicles from here. All have been purchased from salesman Mike Duggan. Mr Duggan is an absolute gent and as long as he is working we will never purchase another vehicle from anyone else. Not only did we get a great deal Mike made us feel completely at ease and treated us like family. He knows the business inside and out, stays in communication and there is zero pressure to buy. He will support any decision made and will give advise ( honest advice ) even if it costs him money. The car we purchased is amazing and my wife and I both love it. We have been to many dealerships here and in the USA and we have never been more pleased with the experience. My wife will probably do a review because she adored him. If I were the owner of the dealership I would do whatever I had to to keep him on staff as I said we go where he goes. I dealt with Mike in Dennehys for a good length of time. I had a few personal hiccups and Mike was always so accommodating. When my time finally came to get a car, Mike helped me and my dad every step of the way. I travelled all the way from Wexford to deal with dennehys. Excellent experience, staff couldn't be more helpful, comfortable seating and coffee at hand for those who wish to wait, for those who wish to go into the city a lift was available and and the same when coming back to Denneheys to collect their car. While waiting I received a video of the mechanic checking out my car and his comments on it's condition. And the opportunity to chat to other customers who choose to wait. I had an amazing conversation with a lady called Carmel and when I was almost reluctant to leave when my car was ready!! Thank you Denneheys and staff👍

Service department standard is very poor to customer.requests and communication.for example booked my car in for service. take day off work. Then return to be told they don't have the parts.And to re book it again waiting 4 weeks for parts time consuming staff have no interest in the customer s interests

Mike and the team are always a pleasure to deal with. The Arkana was a few weeks overdue (no fault of Dennehy's) but so worth the wait. The service and follow up customer service are just 2 of the reasons I've been buying my cars there for over a decade and that my better half has bought her last couple of cars there also.
